7. Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?

  • Glass cups: Most are dishwasher safe; check label. Borosilicate glass is microwave safe.

  • Thermal flasks: Hand wash only – do not put in dishwasher (damages vacuum seal). Do not microwave (stainless steel).

  • Electric kettles: Wipe exterior; interior can be rinsed. Do not immerse base in water.

  • Stovetop kettles: Hand wash; dry immediately.

8. How do I care for my thermal flask?

  • Cleaning: Hand wash with warm soapy water and soft brush. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

  • Drying: Air dry with lid off to prevent odors.

  • Descaling: For coffee/tea stains, use baking soda and vinegar solution.

  • Storage: Store with lid off to allow air circulation.

  • Do not: Microwave, freeze, put in dishwasher, or use for carbonated beverages (pressure buildup).

9. How do I clean and descale my electric kettle?

  • Daily: Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Rinse interior with fresh water.

  • Descaling (every 4-8 weeks):

    1. Fill kettle with equal parts water and white vinegar (or use descaling solution).

    2. Bring to a boil, let sit 15-20 minutes.

    3. Rinse thoroughly 2-3 times with fresh water.

    4. Boil fresh water and discard (repeat if vinegar taste remains).

  • Exterior: Use stainless steel cleaner for metal finishes; wipe plastic with damp cloth.
