Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (fragile items, hygiene, electrical), please review our policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact.
Non-Returnable Items

Used items: Any glass cup, thermal flask, or kettle that has been used, washed, or shows signs of wear.

Hygiene items: Glass cups and thermal flasks that have been used for drinking.

Electrical items: Kettles that have been plugged in, used, or show signs of operation.

Opened sets: Sets where individual pieces are missing or packaging has been opened.

Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.
Return Process

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

Pack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials. For glass cups, original protective padding must be used.

Customer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable, insured shipping (especially for fragile glass items).

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply to accepted returns.

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt/inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged (chipped, cracked, broken) or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. For electrical kettles, do not attempt to use if damaged. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
