Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Areas
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates: 5-10 business days.

4. Packaging
We take great care in packaging fragile items:

  • Glass cups: Individually wrapped in bubble wrap or foam, with separators between items. Boxes marked "Fragile."

  • Thermal flasks: Boxed with protective padding; lids secured.

  • Electric kettles: Boxed with foam inserts to prevent movement.

  • Stovetop kettles: Boxed with protective padding.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box for damage upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos before opening. For concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
