1. Products & Orders

  • We sell drinkware and kitchen appliances: glass cups, thermal flasks, and kettles.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary due to monitor settings. These variations are not defects.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

Glass Cups:

  • Handle with care – glass can break if dropped.

  • Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) which can cause cracking.

  • Check for chips or cracks before use; discard if damaged.

  • For double-wall glass, do not microwave (may damage insulation).

Thermal Flasks:

  • Do not microwave (stainless steel).

  • Do not freeze (liquid expansion can damage vacuum seal).

  • Do not use for carbonated beverages (pressure buildup).

  • Keep out of reach of young children (hot liquids can cause burns).

  • Inspect lid seal regularly; replace if worn.

Electric Kettles (Electrical Safety):

  • Read all instructions before first use.

  • Do not immerse base or kettle in water (for cordless kettles).

  • Use only with provided power base.

  • Do not operate with damaged cord or plug.

  • Keep away from children.

  • Do not overfill beyond maximum level.

  • Ensure water level is above minimum before operation.

  • Allow to cool before cleaning.

  • Regular descaling required to maintain performance.

  • Unplug when not in use.

Stovetop Kettles:

  • Use on appropriate cooktop (check induction compatibility).

  • Handles may become hot – use oven mitts.

  • Do not leave unattended while heating.

  • Allow to cool before refilling.

3. Food Contact Compliance
Our products comply with applicable FDA food contact safety standards:

  • Glass: Meets FDA CPG 7117.06/07 lead/cadmium leaching limits.

  • Stainless steel: Food-grade 18/8 or 18/10 meeting FDA 21 CFR 175.300.

  • Plastics: BPA-free and food-grade.

  • Electric kettles: UL 1082 certified for electrical safety.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., burns from hot liquids, breakage from drops, thermal shock, electrical issues from improper use).

Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
